Laurel Mountain Partners is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Lead to drive operational excellence across two leading waste management companies in Colorado. This hybrid role blends systems administration with business process analysis to optimize routing, customer service, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Administer and optimize platforms like Navusoft, WhipAround, Samsara, and RouteSmart. Analyze operations and identify efficiency opportunities through data and reporting. Design and maintain scalable data architecture and governance protocols. Lead cross-functional projects to standardize processes and improve workflows. Deliver actionable insights to leadership to support growth and performance. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in systems administration or operations (waste/logistics/transportation preferred). Strong experience with Navusoft, RouteSmart, or similar platforms. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools. Excellent communication, training, and project management skills. Preferred: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Business, or related field. Experience with system integrations, APIs, and AI tools for workflow optimization. Additional Info: Flexible home base in Colorado, Austin, or Pittsburgh. Regular travel to offices in Denver and Western Colorado.
